5.0A lovely place and very nice staff
− The furniture is old, out dated and damaged, the carpet in our room was badly stained. Overall it lacked attention to detail and the TLC a hotel needs. Photos added show a tissue with dust from the skirting boards a dirty fan base etc. I love the place and the staff, I wish management would love it too before it becomes another hotel in that area to close.

6.0Good location as we went to the Princess Theatre for a show not far to walk.
− The shower wasn't great in room 1198
My grandson who is 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay as did I with great parking facilities
10.0The hotel is in a great location we enjoyed views of the sea The pool was great as we had it to ourselves with fresh clean towels as you enter The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
− The outside pool was closed We loved the inside pool but it has no shallow end so not suitable for non swimmers and little ones
Needs updating decoration in dining area / bar area curtain valance on creaking was dirty
6.0It’s great location near beach and beautiful promenade
− Was put in a bedroom on the 3rd floor being over 65 was very tiresome climbing stairs ,also on our 3rd night it was so warm being almost in the attack during a heatwave we decided to remove the duvet only to find make up on bedding that didn’t get washed out from previous occupants , also cooked breakfast was over cooked bacon put out at 7.30 and kept warm till 9.30 . On arrival was told no evening meals served but would provide cutlery if takeaway was ordered in
