7.0The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
− The upstairs neighbors were loud. It sounded like we had the USA gymnastics team doing floor exercises until well after midnight. I was traveling fir business and got very little sleep. It's unfortunate hotel rooms can't be more sound proof. Also, the towels in the bathroom didn't smell fresh.
Great stay except for premature lockout.

− My key card was deactivated before checkout time. That made getting breakfast and returning to the room problematic.

8.0The location of the hotel was very convenient. I liked that there were so many restaurants close by. We also enjoyed the indoor pool.
− The elevator made weird sounds. The trash cans in the room were too small. The beds were a little too firm.
