− No estaban tan limpio, la jubgla de los niños y varias amenidades en reparación, la comida del hotel es horrible y extremadamente cara.

6.0La ubicación del lugar, así como la limpieza de las habitaciones.
− No tiene aire acondicionado. El menú del restaurante es costoso por lo que te sirven. Acudí en temporada alta y cierran el restaurante para los huéspedes, dejando el reducido espacio del bar para atender las cenas, lo que resulta en tardadísimo. A pesar de que el estacionamiento se está cayendo, cobran 80 pesos por días de estancia. En un hotel de esta categoría en otros lugares, el estacionamiento está incluido en la reserva.

− Habitación tuve regadera tapada y pésimo Internet y TV que no se podía conectar al WiFi
Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue agradable. Seguramente seguiremos visitando su hotel.

− La música muy fuerte en la alberca . El precio de restaurante es poco competitivo con otros restaurantes de categoría en Ixtapan de la Sal.
