6.0I did not enjoy our stay at this resort. We have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in different countries and this was our worst experience. The staff are generally unfriendly and not willing to help. Many of the staff were not prepared to serve us or help us because we spoke English. The resort allows patrons to smoke openly everywhere, lobby’s restaurants and rooms, we just could not get away from the cigarette smoke and the smell. We found that other patrons of the resort had a poor habit of staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Our experiences right from check in , guest relations, even at the restaurants were not good. Needless to say we will not be returning or staying at any of those hotel chains again.
