10.0I was there for 14 holidays wity my wife, fantastic hotel, rooms always perfect clean without any mistake details, never missed any service, staff very kindly and always available to support on all necessities. Breakfast choise very big with sweets and salt, many choises and team carefull.

4.0I can’t see where were the 4 stars???? Starts with that the hotel seems to be only for Italian customers as no one could speak English. Toilet was poorly cleaned. During our stay (4 days), our room was cleaned only once. Mini bar (fridge) not working at all. There isn’t iron available, not even if you ask Recepction for one. There was dusty everywhere. No wifi available, even reception while trying to use my own data was not working. TV not working. Swimming pool has restricted opening times (9:30am to 12:30 - 3:30pm to 6:30pm). Food some days was ok but could have some improvements. Mainly pasta, no salad available on the menu. If you want to have a coffee while having dessert, you will be told that they don’t serve coffee in the restaurant. It feels like that the place is stuck in the 90s. The hotel is also quite far from the beach.

10.0L'hotel è situato un po' fuori dal centro e a 10-15 di minuti a piedi dal lungomare, quindi perfetto per chi ama (come noi) la tranquillità, soprattutto di sera. E' dotato di una deliziosa piscina circondata dal verde; la pulizia è impeccabile, il personale gentilissimo e la colazione è SUPERLATIVA, con un ricco buffet di prodotti freschissimi e una scelta molto vasta. Menzione speciale ai croissant, li ho mangiati così buoni solo a Parigi. Unico appunto (che però non dipende da loro): hanno una convenzione con uno stabilimento balneare (LIDO IL BELVEDERE) con un gestore a dir poco sgarbato, davvero al limite della maleducazione! Sembrava che gli facessimo un dispetto ad andare da lui! (e infatti poi non ci siamo andati più)..Incredibile..Quindi NO al Lido il Belvedere, tutto il resto è stato perfetto.
