Lovely stay for a birthday treat
9.0The location and grounds were lovely. Hotel very clean and decor was beautiful. The spa thermal experience was worth every penny. Very relaxing and calming.
− Having to pay everything seperate was a bit of a pain. Maybe a deal for stay, dinner, spa and breakfast would be beneficial, as it took me 2 days to get through to the hotel to book the spa. We had a very small issue at dinner. However was dealt with and we received complimentary drinks each. Was a bit of a wait for these, although got them in the end. All in all a really good stay and would definitely return.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again and include a spa day

− The continental breakfast was quite restrictive no cold meats or cheeses available
Nice hotel with good facilities but food not so good.
7.0The spa was very good and the options for treatments were numerous.
− The food wasn't good quality or hot, only look warm and the Sunday roast was very tough, even the roast potatoes were hard.
