10.0Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.
Repeat stay, as good as the first.
10.0Second time I have stayed at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Handy location for the town centre (although a steep hill to walk back up), parking, amazing staff, great food at a very reasonable rate and large, comfy rooms. Only slight negative was the unreliable wi-fi signal although it was fine last time so I must have been unlucky with the room. I will hopefully be back for a 3rd time next year.
