− Front desk wasnt very friendly. Pool was out of order snd was the reason for us choosing the hotel. Food over priced and not very good

6.0The location was good for the wedding we attended. The staff serving breakfast (the lady, especially), provided excellent customer service. The breakfasts were delicious.
− When we checked in, no one told us about the breakfast vouchers and how they worked. I had to get them later that day and ask the breakfast person about them. Also, very disappointed in the cleaning of the room. It was not done. They replaced the towels but did not clean the bathroom or the room. Then the next time they came, I asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They said yes, but never came back. In the room for 4 nights and not cleaned once.

7.0The location was good for the venue we were going to. Having the van go downtown was great for our friends who stayed at the hotel. The person who did breakfast from Friday 5/29 to Sunday 5/30 was excellent. Great customer service
− When we checked in, no one provided us with the breakfast vouchers or explained how it worked. I had to ask later that evening after we checked in. Also, we were under the impression that when they provided new towels, they would also clean the room and bathroom. This did not occur. We had to complain about this, and they did not come back to clean. When they came to clean the room 2 days later, we asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They did not come back.
