6.0This was a condo that was updated in recent years so it looks good for the age of the condo. However there were 2 things that swayed my decision-the pillows in the master bedroom is so uncomfortable that i woke up with a pain in my neck for the 3 nights that i was there. Also both the hot tub and the Upper Village pools were covered in tarp. From my past experience, it meant that it’s closed. Several places I’ve stayed at before said the same thing. I found it odd that the property management left instructions about the stove being an induction stove but nothing about the hot tub/pool. When i inquired about that because i specifically wanted a hot tub, they said that they cover it to keep the water hot which made no sense because why would they cover the pool too? They didn’t explain in the instructions that the tarp could be removed. I could have stayed somewhere else that was cheaper that didn’t have a hot tub. But i wanted it, so i paid more to rent this condo. I expressed my frustration with the property manager that they didn’t mention anything about the tarp but took the time to mention an induction stove? Their reaction was “thanks, we’ll keep in mind for future guests” but nothing about how much i spent on the condo to be able to use the hot tub/pool.

8.0Location was great. We could walk to town and then take the bus back with the bus stop very close. The property was a bit dated but was fine. Couldn't connect to wi-fi so we called and they didn't know the password. I figured it out a day later.

10.0Very quiet, beautiful views of the trees and the mountains walkable to downtown Breckenridge. Free shuttle to get around bus stop almost right outside the condo was extremely helpful.
