10.0The hotel had a really unique style and atmosphere that stood out from other places I’ve stayed. It had a cool vibe that reminded me of the 90s in the best way. The entire property was very clean, including the room and bathroom, which were both beautiful. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided they smelled amazing. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
− There was very little to dislike. Overall, we had a great experience during our stay.

7.0Funky Bohemian decor with a gorgeous bar and a great location
− Rooms could use a good cleaning. Sheets had holes in them and did not fit the mattress. Towels were frayed and scratchy Mattress was old and sagging. The nights we stayed air conditioning was not working so it was quite hot and uncomfortable with no apology coming from the hotel

10.0The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Centrally located in downtown Chattanooga.
