− budget accommodations, nothing special, the reading lights at the bedside had no switch! Could not turn them on.

9.0− Wybrałem ten hotel ponieważ oferował parking, jak również podczas płatności prosiłem o miejsce parkingowe. Po polaceniu otrzymałem informację że brak jest miejsc parkingowych i otrzymałem alternatywne miejsca parkingowe na mieście. Chciałem wtedy anulować rezwrwacje ale nie otrzymał bym zwrotu płatności. Zostałem wprowadzony w błąd przy ofercie co do miejsc parkingowych. Powinna być informacja przy ofercie że brak jest miejsc parkingowych. Wtedy szukał bym innego hotelu. Osoba meldująca się w hotelu przede mną była w podobnej sytuacji więc nie jest to jednorazowy incydent.
