8.0Hotel checkin was a bit rocky at first as they couldn’t find my reservation as I was initially filed as someone that already checked in. This was stressful after a long day in the car with the kids and my only reason not to give it 5 stars. Once that got figured out, I appreciated the quickness to resolve. Upon checkin, families received fish stuffed animals for their kids which was nice. The hotel is incredibly centrally located to the boardwalk, miniature golf and other restaurants. The front desk was very friendly. We liked the room and appreciated having an elevator. Overall, very nice place to stay in OC!
The Forum is located 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Some people complain about the stack parking. I had not problem gettin
10.0The owners were very accommodating and gave me a first floor room due to my mobility issues. The rooms were modern with no foul smelling carpet. Bathroom was recently remodeled with a great walk in shower.
