− First room we checked into was dirty - it wasn’t even cleaned . Got downgraded to another room that had no AC working . There was only a portable unit in the room and it was so hot

1.0Carrie, the reception assistant was nice
− I got locked in elevator and someone came into my room unannounced while i eas in there. I did not feel safe after that
