Location

− Slow elevators and the first 3 days housekeeper never came in our room so we had to go downstairs to get toilet paper, towels, and trash bags. They also do not vacuum your room. We were there for 7 days

What we liked most about the property was its excellent location and convenience. It was close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated how friendly, polite, and welcoming all of the staff were throughout our stay, which made for a pleasant experience.

− Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our room because it had not been cleaned yet. We had also requested rooms close to our family. Initially, we were assigned rooms near each other, but we were later moved to a different floor, right next to the housekeeping door. That area had an unpleasant odor, which made the experience less enjoyable. The room itself could use some updates. The pull-out couch kept getting stuck, making it difficult to use, and the bathrooms need some attention as well. The light fixtures could be updated, and the areas around the bottom of the sink cabinets showed noticeable wear. While the staff was friendly, these issues made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

We enjoyed our stay.

− There were toenail clippings next to the bed from a previous customer that were not cleaned up.

The location ONLY!! It is close to everything.

− The room was old and dirty for the price and to be an Oceanfront room. The refrigerator was broken and constantly leaked water, the lights went out in the bathroom, and we had to flip a switch to make it work, the nights stands and tables were filthy I had to wipe them down.
