2.0The customer service is the worst!!! The rooms are dirty and they do not have phones! It was horrible and I would never recommend it.

4.0On face value the staff were friendly enough. But when I called a week prior to my booking just to confirm, the man on the phone was so rude he said ‘why you calling now if your booking is next week. Bye!’ And put the phone down on me. On the first night there were people fighting in the hallway nothing was done to stop them, we were terrified in our rooms! There was an awful smell in the hallway and the 2 rooms we booked. The place reeked of stale smoke and the blankets had ash holes in them- all of them! Both rooms were filthy! This is NOT an over exaggeration!

6.0I read some reviews that had me a little scared before I got there. I’ll be honest, place needs some upgrades but it’s not as bad as what I read. My only complaints would be they can use some new towels, some of them were stained. And when we asked for extra, they were stingy. You get what you pay for honestly. Spend a little extra if you’re looking for 4 star. This place is more like 1.5/2 star.
