− Personale impreparato soprattutto all’accoglienza del cliente, disguido sul check in nonostante fosse stato segnalato da settimane prima la necessità di avere un orario di check in entro le 12. Personale impreparato anche per quanto riguarda il pagamento, poco disponibile nel dare conferma o venire in contro alle necessità dei clienti, ascensore lenta e piccola.
