Here’s a polished review that is firm, detailed, and credible while distinguishing the hotel’s management issues from the staff’s performance. Very Disappointing Stay After Four Years of Loyalty My wife and I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee NW Park Place every year for the past four years while attending her family’s annual conference. Unfortunately, this year’s experience was by far the worst, and it has caused us to seriously reconsider returning. The condition of our room was unacceptable. The shower was extremely dirty, with visible black buildup that made it feel unsanitary. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel, and this room clearly fell well below that standard. To make matters worse, there was no cable television service during our stay. This was completely unexpected and a major inconvenience. Had we been informed in advance that this amenity would not be available, we would have booked another hotel without hesitation. I do want to make one important distinction: this review is not a reflection of the staff. Most of the employees we encountered appeared to be new hires, and every one of them was kind, professional, courteous, and genuinely apologetic. They did everything they could within their authority, (including changing our room), but these were management and facility issues that front-line employees could not resolve. As loyal guests for the past four years, we expected much better. It’s disappointing to see the property decline to this extent. Unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests, we will likely choose a different hotel for future visits to Milwaukee.

Riya has been really kind since I arrive, I got an upgrade and also she helped me with an extension of days with a good attitude. Hotel and room were clean and breakfast is good. The suite I got by far the biggest suite I ever got for 1 bed 1 bath. I recommend to book here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
