2.0Ordered 2 rooms both were supposed to have 2 beds and both only had 1. TVs did not work in either room there were no towels. Police were there to evict someone when we arrived just an overall bad experience would not recommend staying here.

2.0I was moved three times to three different rooms back to back due to the roach infestation the conditions of the room I rented was deteriorating and disgusting I demand a call back with some kind of solution to this matter my name is Brian

2.0The photos that are listed on the website are for the hotel next door. You check in there and they send you to the building next door which is extended stay. There were roaches everywhere. Bedbugs and filth. I went to front desk and asked for refund . Still haven’t received it yet. However, the young man working at the counter asked no ?’s when I asked to cancel. I have a video of the room but unable to upload here.

2.0Walked into the room to strong odor of mold. Visual mold in cealing above front windows. Bed had holes burned through the covers and mattress from cigarette burns. Pillows were heavily stained inside pillow cases. Visual roaches moving and dead. Bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they built the place. Ac vent was hanging off the wall by tape and black mold around outlet. Ended up not staying and just left and chose to drive to another more well known hotel chain. Wouldnt allow an animal to sleep in that room.
