− Tv service was horrible no cable it was roku could not find any local channel finally after 20 minutes found them but no sports local channels
I entered too soon after swimming so I clean the floor with a white towel dirty! Just chk in
6.0The location is the best bet for staying off Ocean City Island but still getting to enjoy the island.
− Communication was a major factor. I kept getting texts and emails saying communicate with us and when I did I did not get answers. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. When I got there no one came so I went to the beach and came back and stood for another 5 or 10 minutes where I needed someone to come so I could take a shower and get in. That helps.

− Only one small garbage can in room, not enough Toilet Paper, towels smelled, cleaner coffee machine, Hard to identify who was staff
Convenient location for where we wanted to dine but a far distance from the Ocean City Boardwalk.
6.0The location was perfect for us because we wanted to dine at the restaurant across the street. It is far from the beach so this wouldn't be my choice if I wanted to visit Ocean City. The bed was comfortable. No phone service, no decaf coffee available.
− We are senior citizens and don't eat/drink caffeine. They didn't have any decaf coffee available.
Ants were an issue.

− There were ants on the bed and bureau. I had to get rid of my son’s graduation cake, because they all swarmed it, as soon as I took it out. When I told management, she said there was a problem and not to have food. I should have been told about the ant situation prior to check in. There were actually ants on my kids clothes in our suitcase when we unpacked. I was told I was getting a refund or discount, but I never did.
