Prachtig uitzicht
9.0De gastvrijheid, ambiance, uitstraling van personeel en het uitzicht waren geweldig!! Het eten was prima, wel veel keuze en voor ieder wat wils. We hebben genoten van alle faciliteiten, het zwembad met geweldig uitzicht en de comfortabele kamer. Mocht je een massage interessant vinden dan zijn ze hier goed in gespecialiseerd, het was heerlijk.
− Er kwamen veel extra taxes bovenop de prijs, standaard 10% fooi bij iedere rekening en extra toeslagen. Hierdoor lopen de kosten snel hoog op. De locatie is prachtig maar moeilijker om vervoer te regelen.

3.0Gli spazi comuni sono abbastanza belli: la reception, la piscina e il giardino esterno.
− Non è assolutamente un 5 stelle. La pulizia è carente, la camera rumorosa e maleodorante. L'odore proveniva dal bagno ,penso abbiano problemi con le fognature. Questa catena non vale un centesimo di quello che si paga, mi dispiace scriverlo ma è cosi! Andate altrove.
All good but not the food

− Food allergy products and Hotel Responsibility about it is really wasn’t there. My sister got food allergy and had to admit to hospital after the dinner. The hotel was clearly informed about the seriousness of her food allergy before, but still she got it after the dinner. And then when she is taking to the hospital, none of the staff supported and in mid of the night finding the hospital was terrible with dark and steep roads. And even after everything went, none were spoken taking responsibility and they only talked after we explained the responsibility of them for what had happened.
