− Our reservation included our pet We were assigned a room on the 4th floor instead of a ground floor room
Great place to stay. No matter where we go we look for a Hampton Inn and suites.
9.0Close to the freeway and plenty of stores and restaurants
− Parking was tight. Pillows could be better
ok for one night. the bed was too firm and we could not have slept on it more than one night
6.0The agent that checked us in was very nice. The room was comfortable, clean and cool.
− The pool was dirty. The agent that checked us out was RUDE. We got to breakfast at 9:00 and there was no eggs or sausage. I asked the front desk clerk if they would bring more, but she said the person responsible was on "lunch" and when she came back she probably would put more out. Several people got little to no breakfast that morning. There should be someone there to monitor the food until breakfast is over.

Wonderful stay
10.0Check in was very easy. The place is very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are neat and clean. The young lady was very nice and welcoming. Will def come back.
