− The hotel could do with a complete refurbishment. Although it is clean and comfortable it really needs a full redo

Unfriendly staff repeatedly and made us feel unwelcome

− Staff were unfriendly and made no effort to listen when we explained that we were two families traveling together. One staff member repeatedly asked for our passports and reservation details, even though another staff at reception had already checked everything and confirmed that we were simply waiting for our luggage to be taken to storage while our rooms were being prepared. When I tried to clarify the situation, she shushed us and insisted on her own incorrect interpretation. We did not feel welcomed at all, and the interaction left a very negative first impression. The rooms were outdated and felt unclean.

− -Funcionamiento pésimo y errático del agua caliente /fria en las 3 habitaciones contratadas en diferentes plantas haciendo q la ducha fuese una tortura. -Sugerencia erróneas para promocionar el shuttle del hotel al puerto que se retrasó más de media hora respecto de la hora marcada por recepción y costó 100% más q UBER sin retrasos.
