Sustainability Tax (Cukai Kelestarian) by the Pahang State Government from 1 February 2022, all guests will be subjected to a mandatory Sustainability Tax of RM 3.00 per room per night and only applicable for all types of accommodation rooms for hotel visitors throughout the State of Pahang. These amounts will be collected upon checkout by the hotel, on behalf of the Federal Government.
Due to the remote location of Japamala and occasional adverse weather conditions, WiFi and Internet connectivity service disruption is plausible. There is no mobile reception or coverage at the resort
All of our rooms are built based on Samadhi’s philosophy of preserving the sanctity of its natural surroundings. Most of the room has different layout and design. For any specific request related to room layout such as will be strongly subject to availability upon arrival. Nevertheless, Japamala Resort will be striving to ensure the best stay experience for all guests.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Please be informed that the villa does not accept third party credit card payments. You will be required to kindly present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days.
