8.0La tranquilité et beauté de la propriété . Chambre bien restaurée . Piscine très agréable . ( les nouveaux lits balinais sont jolis et comfortables ) . La cuisine reste bonne et le restaurant à l’ exterieur est un surplus .
− Nous y étions pour la 5 iéme ou 6 ième fois , mais n’ avons jamais vécu un service aussi déplorable au diner : Prendre un apéro dans les fauteuils ( là où il avait parfois des musiciens ) ne semblait pas convenir au personel : longue attente , table non effacée et impossible de regarder le menu entretemps . Après : impossible de s’ asseoir à table sans passer physiquement à la réception ( notre table était réservée depuis des semaines ) . On nous remettait un ( seul ) menu plastfié ?? Après notre remarque enfin l’ album complet des menus . Heureusement qu’il y avait un sommelier qualifié pour nous aider à choisir le vin ( auparavant la serveuse nous avait simplement demandé si on voulait du vin fruité ou non - sans en plus nous remettre la carte des vins ) . Après les entrées : le charriot à fromages …….. il fallait dire qu ‘ on n ‘ avait pas encore eu les plats principaux . …… Enfin , la cuisine est toujours bonne , mais nous n’ avons pas réellement pu jouir ( d’ un repas quand même bien coûteux ) . L ‘ organisation exige beaucoup d ‘ attention . Grand dommage car nous aimons bien revenir dans Le Clos .
