Guest review
9.0Great location at the heart of Ginza Amazing view
− Would be great if some of the cleaning staff could speak some english
Very pleasant and would happily stay there again.
9.0Location was great, staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet was also good. Room was comfortable.
− Just nitpicking, but you have to take an elevator to get to reception/lobby and then another elevator to get to your rooms.
Guest review
9.0Ottima posizione comoda per la metro, Hall dell'Hotel e camera con vista pazzesca. Staff molto gentile e sempre pronto. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, ma sembrava molto valida
