− Habitación suite, muy pobre, sin un triste cepillo de dientes, mini bar sin copas de cava, room service, con hora limite, no había ningún tipo de flyer o tríptico ni que clasificase el horario etc, despues de la cena no pudimos relajarnos tomando una botella de champagne, en una mesita cercana a la piscina, yo y mi pareja somos de disfrutar la tranquilidad,,, en cuaqluier caso política interna mal aplicada, por que quería Hacer mucho gasto en Hotel. Para lo mejor el personal.

Nice stay but a couple of problems
7.0The location is brilliant and the staff were lovely. The room on the whole was great with comfy beds.
− Despite being told that our room was on the floor that had been renovated, that didn't seem to match up as there were stains on the floor and the shower surroundings were fairly grotty. Our room also didn't have working aircon for a time and we had to go down to ask for it to be fixed. It was and the staff were very good about it, but it shouldn't have been an issue. The pool area was full of people not staying at the hotel and it's already too small for just guests. Don't expect to be able to use it.
