Séjour court acceptable mais je n'irai jamais pour plus d'un week-end.
3.0la chambre était bien équipée avec frigo, micro-onde, plaque électrique, ... avec une déco vieillissante.
− la propreté était moyenne, les rideaux arrachés, des taches sur les murs, pas assez de papier toilette pour les 2 nuits. De plus nous devions rapporter les draps et serviettes de toilette à l'accueil, sans ascenseurs car en panne. Les portes de chambres sont dans un mauvaise état comme si on était dans une citée...

5.0calme et personnel sympathique
− ménage pas fais correctement et panne d'ascenseur mon papa est resté coincé à l'intérieur pendant au moins 15 min avant d'avoir les pompiers et pas de personnel leur répondant dans l'ascenseur, il serai bien d'ajouter une personne qui puisse rassurer les personnes coincé heureusement que je me suis inquiété que mon papa ne revenait pas j'ai pu les rassurer de l'autre coté de l'ascenseur pour éviter qu'il panique.
Vivement la fin du séjour !!!
3.0Hormis la piscine qui est très correcte (taille et propreté), la résidence est à mon sens à raser
− Pratiquement tout : Propreté du logement (toiles d'araignées ...) , bruit, aménagement du logement en fin de vie (porte dégondée, rideaux déchirés, luminaires défectueux, emplacement du lit non adapté, ustensiles hors d'usage ... ), extérieurs du logement à rénover intégralement (trous dans la voirie et les supposés parkings) cours intérieures en gravier blanc sans vie (aucune végétation ou fleurs); bruit important en pleine nuit provoqué par la laverie. Publicité "mensongère" du site mettant en avant des photos accueillantes n'ayant aucun rapport avec la réalité !!

8.0Environnement boisé et proximité de la Rochelle et de Ré. Bonne literie.
− Pas de climatisation, présente mais ne fonctionne pas. Entretien sdb à revoir, la douche ne donne pas envie les joints sont moisis. Réception TV moyenne. L'ensemble du bâtiment fait plutôt penser à un HLM. L'insonorisation est faible bien que le taux d'occupation était faible, j'imagine quand c'est plein...
