7.0We love the spacious condos and all of the swimming pools.
− We found a cockroach in our bathroom and were without air conditioning for a day. No one fixed the problem until 24 hours later, which was a problem.

10.0From start to finish my experience with this property was fantastic. The unit was clean, well equipped, spacious and lovely. The staff was responsive and helpful and the grounds were beautiful. My party and I enjoyed ourselves immensely, we will be back

9.0The grounds were beautiful and had many activities. We loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer. The pools and hot tubs were great, too. We loved the lanai, and the room was spacious.
− The Wi-Fi did not work very well. The check-in process was challenging because I needed to get on my phone and the wifi did not work. Check-in took 25 minutes. The staff kept my credit card and license when I checked in and forgot to return them to me and I had to drive back to the front desk to get my credit card and license.
Wonderful experience
10.0We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. The entire staff was very attentive to every request, even after we returned home. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The facilities were well maintained. Truly a wonderful experience.
A very enjoyable stay but should have been cleaner based on staying there in the past
8.0The location the pools and the layout… also the bed was comfortable and the shower was good
− Several dishes were dirty and one of the bedsheets was visibly dirty and the overall cleanliness I would give a C. The staff was nice and responsive but it should’ve been cleaner from the start
