8.0Overall they stay was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location worked for us and our plans. Service in the bar on Saturday night was very slow (and it wasn’t that busy). Service at breakfast was also not great. I think it was just that the staff are inexperienced. We enjoyed the stay overall.

6.0The room was old. Everything was extremely worn out, it was like sleeping in a thrift store. The bed was hard, the pillows were completely flat. The bathroom floor was very dirty and showed it had not been cleaned.

10.0Everything was fantastic. Staff were helpful and really nice and patient with an American abroad. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was excellent. Of course the Guinness flowed. Tram station is an easy walk, and it takes you right to the heart of the Dublin. Such a wonderful time for my wife and I.
