7.0The coldness of the aircon, the reliability of the wifi, the courtyard pool the food and the smiles on the staffs faces.
− The bathroom in the morning on our second day had 6-10 beetle looking bugs crawling around. However, I understand that this is normal in high humidity climates, and can’t be fully prevented. This was the only inconvenience we experienced.

9.0Je suis enchanté de mon séjour à l'hôtel Deewana plazza Phuket. L'établissement est beau et confortable, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Mais j'ai apprécié surtout la politesse et la gentillesse de tout le personnel . L'hôtel fait ainsi honneur à la tradition accueillante de la Thailande. Parmi tout le personnel que je remercie, je salue chaleureusement Far et bowwi qui ont été charmants pour notre départ.
