10.0Staff was amazing- food was amazing and location was great and right on the beach.
− Didn’t like it when there was a lot of Ferry guest coming onto the beach and took over it. We was on the beach early one day and then about 10:30 a group came in and put their sun beds right up next to ours which I mean they where touching together. Think the hotel just needs an upgrade. But would visit again has the positives outweighed the negatives.

Good stay overall, but room for improvements
7.0The breakfast was nice and delicious, location was perfect. The shuttle between hotels was a lovely amenity and the rooms were spacious. The hotels pool was large.
− There was a strange smell in the room from the bathroom when we arrived and there was some kind of mosquito infestation daily. The staff weren't warm and I found service to be very slow at times. Both times I went to the towel hut and no one was there for around 20 mins, so I had to wait. On the second day they didn't provide us with enough towels or hand washing soap. Food was pretty expensive for what it was.
