7.0The Waterpark, the tavern
− I was surprised when the desk clerk told me they would be charging my card of $100.00 for incidentals and that it could take up to 2 weeks to refund the amount? Most hotels put a hold on an amount. I am not sure why this hotel would potentially take 2 weeks though to refund? Not impressed.
It was ok but had a muxh nicer stay at Hilton home 2 suites
6.0The homemade donuts were great but the eggs were disgusting.
− Elevators were run down. Limited cleaning of rooms. As much as we are charged the room should be cleaned everyday.
