Items stolen from my room. Disappointed customer.
2.0I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing. I know that I will never get back what I lost but though the hotel would take responsibility for my lost items. Apparently, they don't care. They could have at least credited my room or even an apology. Be careful of your valuable stuff if anyone ever decides to stay here. I have stayed at Don Chan every year for the past 5 years but will never stay again because they don't value their customers. The sauna also had no smoking signs up. People were smoking in there. I can't deal with smoke. I told the staff and they didn't care to say anything to the smokers either.

8.0メコン川沿いのホテルなのでリバービューの部屋がおすすめです。タウンからは車移動必須なのがマイナスですが、その分静かで落ち着けます。

8.0メコン川に面しており、高層階からの眺望は素晴らしかったです。 昔ながらの老舗ホテルで、若干老朽化はしていますが高級感があります。朝食も品数が豊富で、ラオスの代表的な麺料理のカオビアックも食べられて良かったです。 ただ、周囲には店など少なく孤立しているため、移動には車が必須になるかと思われます。館内には夜遅くまで開いている中華系スーパーがあるため、ちょっとした買い物には困りませんでした。
