− Have to be more flexible with customers. I had booked through booking.com and paid and as I usually do all over the world when I reach the hotel and upon check out a get my final receipt of all that I have paid. I asked and they said not possible then upon insisting they said that is was going to be emailed to me but until now I haven't received it. I think that the said that they where going to send me and email was only an excuse to make me leave.
