2.0This hotel needs to be shut down & remodeled. It was literally crumbling & very dirty. The couches had head rest grease stains & threadbare cushions.

6.0My stay was plaeasant. However, I arrived after a full day of travel. After checking in I was told to park in the garage. I assumed the parking was included with the stay..the parking garage was connected to the hotel. I would have appreciated the clerk.alerting me to the process of payment for parking. I was told to park in tje garage and go to the elevator to access my room. Long story short, I was fined $140.00. The disappointment came when I shared my delema with the clerk she seemed to care less. I know there were signs for payment in the garage but nothing to declate whether you stayed at the hotel or were just parking for the day. I hoe in the future hotel patrons are made aware of the parking process Incidently, I spoke with tree other guests in the same situation as I.

10.0Great location! On the edge of Little Italy and the harbor. Room was huge, separated living room, bedroom. Loved the safety elevator.
