10.0We were totally surprised with the magnificent Claremont Inn & Winery. Set out in the middle of eastern Colorado, it is a welcome oasis! The room was very clean and well appointed. Although I failed to reserve the wine tasting and dinner through the Inn, they were very accommodating and set up a table for us within minutes. The dinner of pork loin, asparagus and mashed potatoes was delicious! After the appetizer, amazing salad, dinner, and generous portions of wine during the sampling, we didn’t have room for the chocolate dessert, but they sent it with us to our room. We’re already planning our next visit!
