− Quelle déception pour un hôtel de ce niveau ! Notre séjour a malheureusement été en dessous de nos attentes. Le lit était équipé d'une alèse synthétique (type plastique), peu confortable. La chambre était très bruyante lorsque la fenêtre était ouverte. Il n'était pas possible de régler soi-même la climatisation : il fallait solliciter la réception pour toute modification. Le sol de la douche est particulièrement glissant et peut s'avérer dangereux si l'on n'y prête pas attention. Un seul ascenseur était en service sur les deux, ce qui occasionnait de l'attente. Depuis la révision de la politique du groupe Accor, les prestations telles que les peignoirs et les chaussons ne sont plus proposées, sauf dans les catégories de chambres les plus onéreuses. C'est regrettable pour un établissement de cette gamme. Enfin, le petit déjeuner nous a semblé très moyen, tant par le choix que par la qualité. Au final, une expérience décevante qui ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité attendu d'un hôtel Mercure.
