False advertised free breakfast, smelly and dirty sheets.
3.0That when the room we were given smelled they switched our room. Liked it was close to our meeting. Liked when I asked for new sheets and a pillow was provided.
− 1. No breakfast even though you said online they had breakfast and there was a photo of the breakfast area. This is false advertising. 2. The first room we were given smelled of urine. 3. Our second room was better with smell but opened bed and sheets were stained and needed to be changed. 4. When returned to our room at end of day our room was not serviced and I needed to go downstairs to ask for towels for the next morning.
