We will not be staying at this location again, manager was unprofessional but staff working the front desk were understa
1.0The rooms were spacious and clean.
− The staff on duty was amazing and tried his best to accommodate us after the manager cancelled our booking without notification after a “failed” payment when a payment was never ran. Our booking still showed as confirmed and that payment was supposed to be taken at time of check-in, but used the excuse that a payment was failed to provide a room to someone else. They denied a room for our stay and the staff on duty did everything he could and was able to provide us a room. The manager was guiding the staff on duty to cancel other reservations to accommodate walk-in guests.
