Because of the hot springs which are magic I will give it a 10/10

Offsite gym requiring diy process for access
6.0The hotel was nice and in a lovely area
− The gym is offsite which I hadn't realised and was inconvenient. The communication around access and gym class schedule etc was unhelpful, being told to just google the gym for advice for what they needed to show I was from the hotel was annoying. The gym staff were helpful but their website showed no affiliation with the hotel at all and I needed to phone to ensure the drive in was not wasted. Even on arrival it was another conversation with staff as to why I was there and if I could attend a fitness class. The hotel staff and website were no help in smoothing the process and that's very poor when they claim to have gym access. I booked the thermal during experience for my niece and I and it was annoying for the robes and towels to be an extra rather then included in the ticket price. The towels were free for us as hotel guests but all the extras feel cheap and grabby for things that reasonably should be part of the experience. I'd already booked a further the night stay but wouldn't have had I noted the gym arrangement earlier.
