9.0Really nice room, nice and close to everything, daughter loved the experience.
− Their use of an AI bot through whatsapp. Under no circumstances do I want to be contacted this way. And after stopping the first conversation, it should NEVER restart it.

We loved the boutique feel of this hotel with great location.
8.0Loved the decor and location. Bar and check in staff were excellent. (In particular Raffaello and Clara - exceptional service.) The cleaning team were so happy and lovely as well.
− The staff on night shift/ early morning were not very hospitable and was more noticeable due to the exceptional service of the day team. The room is compact so if you are spending a lot of time in the rooms I would size up. Our room was near the lift so was a bit noisy at times so recommend earplugs.
