Make sure you're actually getting an ocean front room. Representative did nothing to rectify the situation.
4.0Paid extra for a premium ocean front room and got stuck with a kid pool side room. They apparently know this is an issue because I was told they get this complaint often. Said they would contact to try and rectify the situation but know one reached out. Third time here and was extremely disappointed with willingness to correct what I considered a major issue. Should have moved us to the room we booked, upgraded us some other way, or at least offered some sort of compensation for completely pulling a bait and switch on our room location.
