9.0La gentillesse du personnel, les safari organisés sur place le soir ou le matin, la nourriture très bien choisir et excellente, la vue sur la savane et les animaux qui viennent boire dans un plan d'eau non loin de la piscine. Le cadre, la chambre. Les mentions particulières aux collaborateurs Sylvia & Gordian d'avoir été aux petits soins pour nous.
− La désorganisation de la réception à l'arrivée notamment 😊 mais c'est un détail comparé au reste.

− Verrechnung des Kaffees beim Frühstück trotz Vollpesion. Wir wurden nicht drauf hingewiesen!!!!! Wir buchten eine Safari Tour. Preis hat sich dann mehr als verdoppelt, obwohl wir am Vortrag nachfragten, ob hier noch eine zusätzliche Fee zu bezahlen wäre. Als Antwort bekam ich ein klares NEIN. Darauf hin forderte ich meine zusätzlichen Zahlungen der Safari und des Frühstückskaffees zurück. Bekam aber nicht mal eine Antwort, geschweige mein Geld zurück!!!!!!! Reine Abzocke der Laden!!!!!
