− I did not that I had to ask for fresh towels everyday.

7.0Mr.Carl was working the front desk and was very nice.
− When I first went in as a walk in I couldn't get a room, I was asked to call after 6pm and check, I went out to my car and went online and paid more to do it online. The towels were small.
they would not let me stay
1.0I would like a refund on my credit card. Thire webb site said the exceped pets. When I got there the would not. I then had to drive to Brownwood for lodging that is 30 miles from where I was suppused to be. Attend was very rude. a

6.0The room was reasonable. Nothing fancy. Primarily clean.
− There was a sticky substance in the carpet tiles next to the bed. I put a towel over it and not once in the four days were there did the housekeepers check to see what was under it. I did inform the front desk on our departure. Room 111 is touted as a handicap room but could not fit a wheelchair in the bathroom if needed. I do not believe it meets requirements for an ADA stay.
