Liked that it’s pet friendly. Not worth the prices/expensive. Needs major updating, run down.

− I booked 2 rooms- # 315 & # 317 Not worth the price at all! Very expensive. Outside-not kept up, run down looking. Inside- pool not available ( one reason why booked here) no mentioning on site. Very out dated-carpet and wallpaper ripped. The machine on 3 rd floor was out of order. My room door was hard to open, catching on floor. Positive- room was clean, pet friendly ( huge plus), breakfast area was clean and good selections.
We ended up not staying. They couldn’t get the keys to work to open the rooms.

− Room needs a little renovation but not bad. Hot tub was leaking through a spout. It worked but needs to be turned on and checked out. Pool out of order, but was able to walk across parking lot and use other hotels pool. Exercise room had no treadmill and was lacking.
Going downhill fast - not up to Hilton standards
4.0Not many places in central PA on I-80 so have stayed here many time over the years. The physical deterioration of this property and its furnishings is astounding. Virtually every aspect of this hotel needs to be upgraded/renovated/improved.

10.0we came back to the room to find our a/c had quit working, a quick call to the desk and a worker came up to see if he could fix the problem, after a few minutes trying he asked of we wanted to switch rooms and brought us up a new room key for down the hall. a very minor issue that was handled professionally.
