1.0We arrived and we were told a our room was unavailable due to construction. They gave us key cards for a quality inn, in the next town over. Very sketchy hotel that we chose not to stay at. No refund offered

1.0Under remodeling, did not know that prior to restoration. No hot as advertised. Very dusty and dirty. And staff was rude.
Be honest on website that the whole place was under construction including pool and hot tub

− It was all under construction l, our door didn’t lock, we were told there was a pool and hot tub, that was all under construction and the breakfast was a joke. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, beds were saggy and worn out
