− In obvious need of some tlc. Rooms and hotel in general look dated and despite seeming clean there are lots of old marks of the walls etc

− Internet a little weak Slightly dated decor but I'm not going to complain about that because price was so reasonable and everything else was very good

8.0Lovely hotel, great location beside the river with parking. It was clean, comfortable & has A/C. Staff were lovely & so helpful. Nice bar & outside seating. Didn't eat so cannot comment.
