6.0There was food and spillage still in the refrigerator. Behind the TV and lamps was lots of dust. You could see they only vacuumed the center of the rug not the edges. The elevator had lots of fingerprints all over it. The ice machine has graffiti on it.

8.0First room we were put in was quite noisy. I heard toilets flushing, doors slamming and people yelling all night. But the staff put us into another room on the same floor with no issues and it was much quieter!!!

10.0I have no complaints what so ever.Every staff person I interacted with could not have been anymore pleasant , and helpful. From Valet ,restaurant and housekeeping, and security .excellent. I do have one complaint,I was forced to a lot of walking. lol (which was much needed). Wish it wasn’t so far from Pa. I would be there everyday. THANKS

10.0After checking out, I realized I left my cell phone in the room. I went to the concierge for help and met Antonio who went out of his way to find out that the room had been cleaned and my phone had been turned into Security. He brought me to Security to pick it up. Thank you to housekeeping, Security and especially Antonio.
