10.0This was my fifth stay at this beautiful resort this year, and every time I return, it feels like coming home. Because the property is smaller and more intimate, you truly become part of a family with the staff. A special thank you to our butler, Alexis. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is because of him. He always goes above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making sure every detail is perfect. He makes us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Thank you as well to Julio in the restaurants for always accommodating our preferences, even when we ask for something not on the menu. Oscar is exceptional with his wine recommendations and always attentive. Santo, the restaurant supervisor, constantly checks on us and genuinely cares that every dining experience is outstanding. The entertainment team deserves special recognition too. Priscila, Jesus, Mary, and the entire team are amazing. They are friendly, engaging, and make every activity fun without ever being pushy or making guests feel obligated to participate. And thank you to Alexander at the VIP Club bar for his excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this resort. The food and drinks are excellent, the rooms are immaculate, and housekeeping services them twice a day, ensuring that all amenities are always replenished. This resort is more than just a vacation destination—it truly feels like a second home, and we can’t wait to return again.
