Nous venons de passer une semaine absolument formidable dans cet hôtel, et nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin ! La nourriture est variée et délicieuse, avec notamment des spécialités égyptiennes et italiennes. Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins et toujours souriant. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont belles et impeccables, et la piscine est très agréable. Un grand bravo également à l’équipe d’animation, et tout particulièrement à Aya, qui est exceptionnelle, dynamique et toujours de bonne humeur ! Les animations en journée sont super, et les soirées sont tout aussi réussies : spectacle de Michael Jackson, danses, quiz musicaux… Une ambiance de folie ! Tout est parfaitement organisé pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Une expérience exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! ❤️

This Hotel Exceeded My Expectations!

As an Egyptian who usually spend summer vacation abroad this was my first visit to Hurghada, and Dana Beach was my first stay out of three different hotel groups during my vacation, I was hesitant after seeing some negative reviews but I decided to take my chances anyway, and that was indeed a perfect decision because I can tell with all honesty this hotel exceeded my expectations! I don’t really know where to start but let’s start with the staff they really are doing their best to make sure you have a pleasant holiday from the reception , waiters ,life guards , house keeping everyone was doing a great job . I booked a family room and it was very spacious with a great view and very comfortable beds. The beach is simply awesome sandy and very safe for children. The food and restaurants are serving different dishes everyday so you never get bored and the taste is very good , and special thanks to sweet home they serve dessert and fresh bakery that will blow your mind the only downside is you will gain some weight but who cares 😁 in short our stay at Dana Beach was vey pleasant and I would definitely love to come back.

The kids aqua park is amazing, my kids enjoyed alot, the staff very friendly, sayed the receptionist offered me sea view upgrade but i asked for a room near the aqua park and he arranged exactly what i have asked, and Ali the house keeper is very nice he always keeping the room native and clean, food is very nice, really our booking was exceptional

Facilities, cleanliness, and variety of food and beverages through several different restaurants, bars, and snack bars. The resort is children friendly and the staff are always eager to do their best to assure guests are feeling comfortable. I noticed that the management takes guests comfort and hospitality standards very seriously and leaves no room for serious mistakes or wrong practices. Even the person responsible of housekeeping on our floor went over expectations in delivering the best possible service.

Our family has just enjoyed one of the most wonderful holidays we have ever had at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort Hurghada. Although we experienced a challenge with our reservation and room category upon arrival, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care by the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud. I simply do not have enough words to express my appreciation for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. He personally ensured that our room upgrade was arranged correctly, checked on our family every single day to make sure everything was perfect, assisted us with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings, and even made our departure and transportation arrangements completely smooth. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable. In my opinion, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud is an invaluable asset to this outstanding resort and a perfect example of genuine hospitality. Our room was spotless every day. The Housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining both the guest rooms and all public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Everywhere in the resort was beautifully clean, organized, and well maintained. The biggest surprise was the incredible variety and quality of food. Every restaurant offered excellent cuisine and outstanding service. A very special thank you goes to the Moroccan Restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service there was simply exceptional. It quickly became one of our favorite dining experiences during our stay. We also enjoyed the Spa facilities, where the service was professional, relaxing, and of excellent quality. What impressed me most was the overall organization of the resort. Everything operates smoothly, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the facilities are immaculate, and every member of the team works with a genuine smile and passion for hospitality.
